About Klawer WCG eCentre
The Klawer WCG eCentre helps community members become computer literate, find work and look for study opportunities after matriculating.
One of our success stories is Celest Lindert, who we assisted in 2009 to successfully apply to the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She received a scholarship and today she is a Grade R teacher at Vergenoeg Primary School in Vredendal. We also have an WCG eCentre user who is in her late 50s and has completed her first computer course in Microsoft and Excel. She is also using the internet and still visits the centre.
Learners regularly use the WCG eCentre to get the information they need for their school homework, and to practise their computer skills.
