Minister David Maynier, Provincial Education Minister congratulated all the schools involved and praised the initiative: “This a wonderful competition that contributes towards improving our learners’ reading, writing and calculating skills. It also contributes towards our recovery programme – getting our learners #BackonTrack!,” he said.

“Not only do our learners “grow smarter” as the competition rolls on, but they also get the chance to make new friends, build a sense of teamwork and camaraderie, and receive a balanced dose of competitiveness along the way!”

Congratulations to all the schools and the participants and teachers who worked so hard in achieving great results!
